Could A Virtual Assistant Help You Get More Done?
Outsourcing is an overused term that basically means hiring someone from outside your company to do something more efficiently, more quickly or more cheaply than someone inside the company could do.
Or, it could mean getting that outside person or firm to do something you couldn’t do - even if you had the time.
Either way, we usually think of outsourcing big things like manufacturing computer chips, or running phone centers, or large-scale data entry.
But there is a smaller-scale type of outsourcing that you probably should consider, even if you’re only a one-person yourself. Maybe especially if you’re a one-person firm.
Hire a Virtual Assistant
Over the past couple of years I have outsourced a great deal of work to a “virtual assistant” named Rosanna Tussey. The primary thing Rosanna has done for me is transcribe audio content into text. But she is capable of doing a wide variety of things for companies of all sizes.
Stay tuned for an interview I’m going to do with Rosanna which will appear on an upcoming podcast. We’re going to talk about what a Virtual Assistant is, and what they can do for business owners and professional service providers.
In the meantime you can learn more about Rosanna by visiting her web site or calling her at 505-401-4080.
As with every other resource I bring your way, Rosanna is someone I have personally done business with who comes with my highest recommendation.
